Two Coastal Properties Showcased This Saturday by the Oldfather Group

Posted by Dustin Oldfather on Friday, July 7th, 2017 at 9:05am.

The Oldfather Group of Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty will host two open house events this weekend, at separate locations throughout the coastal region. If you’re looking for a property at or near the Delaware beaches, this is a great chance for an up close and personal look at this unique pair of coastal homes.

Nestled in a small, private enclave of just 41 home sites on Arnell Creek, at 30 Club House Drive in Rehoboth, the first showcased property this weekend is a nearly 3,000-square-foot home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms that sits on more than a quarter-acre of waterfront land.

Features of this coastal home include a living room, a sunroom, a theater loft, a library, a master suite, gleaming hardwood floors and an adjoining office with plenty of storage space.

There's also a swimming pool, a relaxing sunroom and plenty of open space.

Stop by and see the Oldfather Group’s Torin Federico this Saturday, June 8, from 12 to 2 p.m. at this fabulous southern Delaware property.

Located at 32578 Woods Court, the second coastal home open for viewing this weekend is a three bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home located in the community of Pinewater Woods in Harbeson.

Featuring nearly 5,000-square-feet of living space, this home features a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a light-filled sunroom, a gas fireplace in the family room and a spacious owner’s suite with sitting area and luxury bathroom.

Then there’s the spacious basement that’s been converted into a “man cave” of sorts, complete with a wet bar, a pool table and a media room with surround sound. The basement also features an ample amount of extra storage space, in a conditioned environment.

This coastal home will be open this Saturday, June 8, from 12 to 2 p.m. Your host is the Oldfather Group’s Pamela Foster.
